DrDevelopment.ie, which has been in the works for more than two years, is yet to speak with a pharmacist for comment.
The move comes after the erectile dysfunction firm, which has its own private prescription service, said it was working to create a national standard for men’s health services. The service is to be available from next Wednesday.
Sood said: ‘Last year’s regulatory move brought a huge boost to our service and we hope it will help to encourage men to seek medical help for angina.
‘We’re still very young, so we hope to have a much wider range of services available by the end of this year.’
The service will be available to men aged 18 and over after a consultation with a pharmacist and without a prescription.
